Written by Since I have moved out here to San Antonio, I have not had the pleasure of going to my usual events. One of the ones I miss the most is the Renaissance Festivals.
It has been a little over five years, and I have a four year old son, he will turn five before the Festival starts, who I would love to show how much fun these Festivals are. Fortunately, there is one about three hours away near Houston.
Pirate Adventure | October 20th & 21st | Texas Renaissance Festival.
The Texas Renaissance Festival is open for 8 Weeks, and each week has a different theme. I am not sure which theme is done the best, but if I had to guess which theme Nathaniel would like the most it would be the Pirate Adventure.
Sadly, if things keep going the way they are now I most likely will not be able to make it this year either. Which means that I should probably start planning now for next year, he will be six and would still have a fantastic time!
